What is MIMZO’s return and exchange policy?
We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price products for exchange or refund on merchandise credit within 14 days of receipt date. Refunds are made in the form of a credit voucher, redeemable at MIMZO store.

Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes , you can cancel your order within the first 24hrs from ordering

What are the ring sizing options?

How to take care of MIMZO pieces?
Before coming into contact with chemicals or water, be sure to always remove your pieces. -Prevent scratches on your jewelry by avoiding contact with hard surfaces. 

Prevent oxidation by wearing and enjoying your MIMZO pieces regularly. 

Keep your jewellery in optimal condition by storing it in a pouch, box, or hanging it up. 

When storing your jewellery, wrap each piece separately in a cotton cloth for added protection.
